In most cases, you have retained our law firm to draft and file your QDRO or similar assignment order. Our drafting fee is based on the cooperation and consent of the opposing party. If the other party does not consent, delays, or objects to the terms of the QDRO, then a retainer will be required for us to continue with your case. We will do everything we can to encourage cooperation between the parties.
